We are looking for a SAP BTP Product Owner to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team within a leading multinational in the aviation sector. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and ongoing evolution of the SAP Business Technology Platform, managing a focused team of 4-6 experts .
You’ll collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform not only meets today’s demands but is also future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, focusing on scalability, innovation, and business alignment across areas like app development, automation, integration, data analytics, and AI.
Manage platform architecture, access control, and governance to support projects and ongoing operations.
Lead projects including migration to API-driven integrations, data platform transitions, and automation initiatives.
Guide and mentor a technical team, setting priorities aligned with platform strategy.
Serve as the main contact for BTP-related topics, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Establish governance policies ensuring security, performance, and compliance with standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
Continuously improve the platform by monitoring performance and adopting new SAP BTP features.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in SAP BTP suites (Extension, Integration, Data & Analytics, Security).
Experience with cloud-native app development, microservices, SAP CPI, and API management .
Proven track record leading SAP projects and working with agile methodologies.
Experience in platform governance and team leadership.
Degree in IT or related field; SAP BTP certifications preferred.
5+ years in SAP environments, with BTP-focused experience .
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
