What we're looking for :
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing startups or agencies.
* Solid experience in performance marketing, particularly in Google Ads and PPC.
* Familiarity with additional performance marketing channels such as Paid Social and / or Native Advertising.
* Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for continuous learning.
* Fluency in English.
* Fluency in German is a big plus.
