- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer development and market penetration.
- Lead and actively support the sales organization, setting targets, coaching the team and driving performance.
- Develop and manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and strategic accounts, acting as a senior commercial contact.
- Identify new business opportunities, channels and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Drive pricing, promotional and trade marketing strategies, in close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines and forecasts, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Strengthen brand visibility and execution at point of sale, including merchandising concepts, product launches and sales tools.
- Gather and analyze market and customer insights to influence product development and commercial priorities.
- Own the commercial budget and sales-related P&L;, ensuring profitable growth.
- Represent the company at major customer meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
Perfil del candidato
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- 8-10 years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in B2B environments within tools, hardware, construction, building materials or related industries.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, managing key accounts and developing distribution networks.
- Experience leading and motivating sales teams in a results-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the painting sector (products, tools, coatings or related markets) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with a clear focus on performance and execution.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
