We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing or technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support
* Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
* Provide clear and responsive communication via email and phone (including on-call support).
* Understand the client’s business needs and help coordinate the delivery of services accordingly.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
Incident & Request Coordination
* Assist with the coordination of incidents and service requests.
* Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
* Keep clients informed about ongoing issues and progress updates.
* Support the documentation and follow-up of infrastructure changes.
Project Coordination
* Help plan and monitor small to mid-sized projects with support from senior team members.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project tasks.
* Track project status and communicate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Support testing and implementation phases.
* Promote process improvement and clear documentation.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1 or above)
* 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a service-oriented mindset.
