Are you an experienced Recruiter seeking a role where you can truly make an impact and work as part of a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team?
You will be responsible for all recruitment-related activities, consulting with hiring managers to identify their position requirements, and then facilitate and drive the hiring and pre‑employment process.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to hire stage.
Analyse staffing needs and develop/implement cost‑effective recruitment strategies.
Manage HR system (Workday) and ensure candidate data is up‑to‑date and accurate.
Build relationships and promote our culture and organisation in an engaging manner both over the phone and via email with candidates and hiring managers.
Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Determine applicant qualifications by phone screening and interviewing applicants.
Coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple stakeholders and gather interview feedback in a timely manner.
Negotiate and process employment offers.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.

Proven experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
