The Field Sales Key Account Representative is part of the Mid Market organization, a modern sales force who addresses its customers via a hybrid model telesales and face to face team.The Field Sales Key Account Representative will be based in Madrid supporting the Mid Market sales team maintaining the already existing good relationships between Customers and Lenovo as well as acquisitioning regularly new customers via the phone or customer visits in a designated territory.**Responsibilities**- To achieve / overachieve quantitative and qualitative quarterly targets set by the Mid Market Management on a regular base by:- Customer development, Internal -over the phone - or through external visits- External market visits to successfully bring products to market, and executing the Mid Market strategies.- Act as interlock with the Channel. Key Mid Market channel partners enablement by working closely with Lenovo channel sales team as well as business partners- Maintain as well as further develop existing relationship with his customers: work to engage the customer and make sales results- Active management of the needs and expectations of the company’s customers and providing feedback concerning appropriate product requirements- Providing reporting and taking appropriate measurements- Achieving the quotas set which requires making a specified number of customer visits or reaching a minimum sales number- Collaboration, working close with all colleagues and creating a team spirit**Position requirements**- 3-5 years of proven experience in a sales department ( ideally in IT industry )- Proven track record of sales to end customer experience both Face to Face and in a Tele sales environment- Fluent in Spanish and English- Proven ability to build relationships with customers and with other BU- Commitment oriented- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers- Highly persuasive and highly motivated to make sales- Results driven and good team player with Strong Presentation Skills- Excellent communication & negotiation Skills- Excellent computer skills and numerical skills- Represent the company in a positive light at all times- Good knowledge of Office and Dynamics ( desirable) or similar- Bachelor´s degree desired- Desirable experience in channel sales of solutions& products**What we offer**- a multitude of professional and personal opportunities- an open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies- flat structures and fast decision-making processes- a modern and adaptable way of working to combine personal and professional life- an international team with a high focus on Gender DiversityDoes it sound like you?
