Job Responsibilities
* Product Management: Deliver quality products with the expected profitability. Responsible for the Product Backlog created with clients, evaluating impact, size, value, and dependencies of each work context. Be accountable for scope with the client to successfully complete challenges, exceeding expectations. Identify risks and control costs to anticipate potential situations that may jeopardize the team’s work. Develop a Delivery Plan together with the client and Developers to identify dependencies and manage deliveries.
* Client Relations: Understand client needs and manage their expectations based on quality and efficiency criteria, focusing on establishing unique and lasting bonds based on trust and win‑win relationships, seeking business opportunities to add value, and conveying this attitude to all team members. Be responsible for their satisfaction and operational relationship. Be capable of implementing value metrics (business) and providing clients the importance of maximizing them.
* Team Leadership: Create conditions that foster a meaningful sense of contribution, goal orientation, and shared objectives with a sense of excellence and high work standards, implementing people‑management practices and processes derived from the People Area (onboarding, team building, etc.).
* Management and Metrics: Work with the rest of the Scrum Team to deliver value through the use of Scrum. Track the work done in collaboration with the team. Prepare status reports, ensure that incurred hours and defined product and process metrics are in place.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
* Experience in managing software development projects/products in a consulting context (external client).
* Use of Scrum/Kanban or Agile for product management.
* Advanced level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP certification.
* PO/Scrum Master certification (PSM / PSPO / OSMC / OPOC / CSM / CPO).
* Residence in Madrid.
* Advanced level of Italian.
