Administration Manager — IT8
IT8 is a world‑class engineering partner with 20+ years of experience delivering strategic technical projects worldwide. We are looking for an Administration Manager to oversee all financial operations and lead global finance teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate international finance teams across five countries.
* Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage global financial consolidation, integrating results from all international entities.
* Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting and financial strategy.
* Ensure consistent accounting practices, internal controls and process standardisation globally.
* Supervise cash‑flow, treasury operations and financial performance tracking.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and monitor compliance across international operations.
* Partner with business leaders to support growth, profitability and operational decision‑making.
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
* 7+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
* Experience in reporting and multi‑entity consolidation.
* Previous responsibility for international or multi‑country finance teams.
* Big 4 audit, advisory or transaction experience preferred.
* Excellent analytical, reporting and strategic planning capabilities.
* Fluency in English (C1/C2).
* Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge.
