The RSM will be responsible for new and existing services sales in the region for the assigned territory. The specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
* Provide subject matter expert support as a sales overlay, assisting direct or indirect sales teams throughout the sales process in close cooperation with local sales.
* The RSM will drive deals directly for a set of key accounts that may not necessarily involve hardware components.
* Build relationships within targeted accounts at all levels to understand customer requirements and build a compelling value proposition based on Acceleronix’s services offerings.
* Present Acceleronix’s services, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the company's infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities.
* Manage customer technical due diligence and risk management processes.
* Effectively communicate and present to multiple organizational levels and functions to demonstrate Acceleronix’s unique value.
* Develop innovative strategies to address customer objections and guide customers toward closing deals.
* Handle negotiations during later sales stages through targeted customer visits, RFP responses, and coordination with third-party solution providers.
* Meet and exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with senior executives at targeted accounts.
Other responsibilities include:
* Providing regular reports such as weekly activity reports, monthly sales forecasts, visit reports, and market maps.
* Leveraging CRM systems to manage customer contacts and track leads and opportunities.
* Advising sales management on market conditions, competitors, and gathering market intelligence.
* Performing other duties as assigned to meet department and company objectives.
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
* At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Business fluency in one local language and English.
Additional requirements:
* Experience managing relationships at the C-level within enterprise or strategic accounts.
* Technical proficiency and experience with long sales cycles.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Travel within the territory 40%-60% of the time.
* Valid driver’s license.
