Key Responsibilities
* Load vs. capacity analysis for different programs and shifts.
* Load balancing.
* Day-to-day incident resolution.
* Reporting incidents, needs, and risks to the Project Manager.

Work Experience
* ISO 9712 VT, PT, MT, RT Levels 2 and 3 certifications in the Welding and Metalworking sectors.
* Knowledge of quality assurance according to standards (ISO, DIN, EN, ASME, PECAL, etc.).
* Knowledge of FROSIO/Surface Treatments Level 3, or NACE CIP2, etc.
* Knowledge of FMECA analysis.
* Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
* Knowledge of quality control methodologies (KAIZEN, 6 Sigma, SCRUM, Agile, etc.).
* Knowledge of CREO and PDM LINK.
* Vocational Training/Technical Engineering studies.
* English level B1/B2.
