P We are looking for two Renewals Support positions for an important software company located in Barcelona. One of the positions requires knowledge of English and French, and the other requires knowledge of English and Italian. /p pb Responsabilities: /b /pulli Understand customers / local requirements. /lili Update Salesforce CRM. /lili Create support case, follow up with internal teams. /lili Basic interaction with customers and resellers to follow up on renewals /inbound leads received. /lili Support building target account list to the team. /lili Pull and share report from Salesforce CRM. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Excellent English, French or Italian written and verbal communication skills. /lili Excel basic functions required.
