As a Global Enterprise Architect, you will be a key member of our technology team, collaborating with leading experts to solve our clients’ most complex challenges across Consumer, Life Sciences, Energy, Industrial, and Retail industries. Your role will focus on driving large-scale supply chain transformations by leveraging leading-edge technology platforms and industry best practices.
We are seeking highly motivated, results-oriented professionals with diverse perspectives and a passion for shaping the future of supply chain technology. You will be supported by dedicated mentors, career counselors, and customized training programs to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
2. Shape supply chain digital transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Define technology roadmaps and advise on platform selection, cost optimization, and value levers.
4. Lead end-to-end discussions on supply chain transformation across multiple functions and technology stacks.
5. Technology Enablement & Solution Design
6. Guide clients in selecting and implementing best-fit supply chain solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, Manhattan, Coupa, Anaplan).
7. Advise on process optimization and automation to improve supply chain efficiency.
8. Drive integration strategies across demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse management.
9. Advisory & Thought Leadership
10. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through digital transformation journeys.
11. Provide insights on emerging trends, including AI-driven supply chain optimization, IoT, and cloud-based platforms.
12. Lead discovery workshops and influence key decisions to drive business process improvements.
13. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
14. Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations) to ensure seamless execution of supply chain transformation initiatives.
15. Anticipate and mitigate project execution risks, ensuring smooth implementation.
16. Work closely with technology providers and industry experts to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Need to Succeed:
17. 8+ years of experience in supply chain transformation leveraging leading platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, Manhattan, Anaplan, Coupa).
18. Strong advisory skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and recommend industry-leading solutions.
19. Experience in supply chain domains, such as manufacturing, demand/supply planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
20. Deep understanding of cross-functional touchpoints and how supply chain interacts with finance, operations, and technology.
21. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at C-suite and executive levels.
22. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). An Associate’s degree with 6 years of equivalent experience will also be considered.
23. A growth mindset, continuously learning and refining skills in a fast-paced environment.

24. This role may require global travel (0-100%), depending on business needs and client engagements.
