We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ibiza, leading one of our signature Mediterranean dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in both service and guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals.
- Supervise, train, and inspire the team to maintain a culture of professionalism, creativity, and genuine hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor quality and consistency across all service touchpoints and take corrective actions when needed.
- Promote upselling initiatives and innovative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
- Foster strong communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within fine or premium casual dining.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Fluency in additional languages such as Italian or Greek will be considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and service standards.
- Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- EU work authorization or eligibility to work in Spain.
