And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Become a **maker of possible**with us!**Responsibilities**- Maintain current pricing lists- Enter customer orders into ERP system- Provide customer assistance in locating and identifying products- Research and resolve customer complaints and issues- Prepare sales quotes and process backorders- Communicate with internal departments regarding product availability, shipping schedules, returns, etc.- Assist with special projects such as new product introductions, marketing campaigns, etc.- Answer phone calls from customers and distributors- Process credit and return requests- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases**Requirements**:- Currently enrolled in a Business Administration (ADE) or similar degree program. Possibility to sign internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with the University is mandatory.- Fluent in Spanish and English (and other language preferred)- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer and Adobe Acrobat Reader- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills- Detail orientatedBecton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
