Experteer Overview In this role, you drive how Unit4’s AI-native innovation is translated into market narratives, demos, and commercial impact. You lead global go-to-market efforts across product marketing, analyst relations, and demonstration operations to support a high-scale platform launch. You’ll shape messaging to highlight outcomes and economic value for CFOs, COOs, and CHROs. This transformational launch establishes scalable GTM disciplines for future innovations and positions Unit4 as a leader in AI-driven ERP for midmarket service organizations.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own the AI-native GTM launch and lead strategy and execution for the 18-month initiative
- Translate technical innovation into credible economic value stories for executive buyers
- Align Product, Sales, Customer Success and Services around a unified, revenue-focused launch
- Develop GTM playbooks, sales narratives, and competitive positioning to drive pipeline and wins
- Integrate demonstration services into the narrative to deepen the story and ensure consistency across buyer journey
- Establish demos as an ongoing commercial lever, not just launch support
- Lead analyst relations to position AI capabilities as differentiated and credible
- Define KPIs linking GTM execution to pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity
- Lead and develop a team of mid- to senior-level professionals and create growth paths
