Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Madrid for a Sales Development Representative. The position involves identifying and generating leads, managing potential customer outreach, and contributing to the overall business development strategies. The Sales Development Representative will also assist in building client relationships, conducting initial sales conversations, and collaborating with the team to achieve company sales goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospective customers
Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively convey value propositions and build client relationships
Experience in Business Development to contribute to growth strategies and partnerships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
