We are hiring Management Consulting Experts from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain to help build advanced training environments for AI systems.
This project translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for AI agents. Selected consultants will convert their consulting experience into structured consulting workflows including problem structuring, analysis, and recommendations.
Role Responsibilities
* Break consulting engagements into structured tasks (market sizing, due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategy, operational diagnosis)
* Develop evaluation frameworks and golden solutions to assess AI-generated outputs
* Simulate real consulting workflows used in MBB engagements
Requirements
* 3+ years at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company (mandatory)
* Experience structuring ambiguous client problems
* Building analytical models and synthesizing findings
* Producing client-ready deliverables
* Start: Immediate (this week or next week)
