Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities for the brands across the Spanish market.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing activities that strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, support commercial objectives, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Spanish market across all channels, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and business objectives.
* Build and manage seasonal marketing calendars, coordinating launches, campaigns, activations, and key commercial moments.
* Manage marketing budgets, monitor investments, and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities.
* Coordinate communication activities across all consumer touchpoints, including advertising, PR, influencers, social media, e-commerce and retail.
* Oversee product and collection launches across all channels, ensuring consistency in timing, messaging, and execution.
* Coordinate trade marketing activities and activations with key wholesale partners.
* Support sell-in activities through dedicated marketing initiatives, presentations, and customer activations.
* Coordinate and supervise the local PR agency, ensuring strong media visibility and effective product placement activities.
* Define and manage media plans and advertising investments.
* Lead the activation and execution of local partnerships, special projects, and events.
Profile & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 of experience in marketing roles within the fashion, lifestyle, premium, or sportswear industry.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, retail, and external agencies.
* Excellent communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
This role comes with an annual gross salary of in the range €35.000-€40.000, plus a range of company benefits.
