Experteer Overview As Manager of SoFRESH Transformation, you will lead the Madrid-based SoFRESH Fronting team within Finance u0026amp; Risk Solutions to support Finance applications and incident management. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Production and Projects to ensure smooth preclosing and post-closing activities and drive process improvements. This role sits at the intersection of IT, Finance, and Risk, shaping how we deliver timely, accurate financial insights. You will contribute to a general transformation agenda with a focus on efficiency, people, and time-to-market, while fostering collaboration across regions.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Business Analyst for SoFRESH support focusing on OFS NEO and Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR)
- Contribute to preclosing and post-closing activities for Madrid platform
- Lead process improvements and collaborate on transversal initiatives
- Quality Assurance: ensure traceability between user requests and incidents/problems related to closing
- Maintain follow-the-sun business support for tool usage and incidents; regular dialogue with production and project stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Business School, Engineer or Master's in Information Technology
- English proficiency mandatory; French appreciated
- Client care orientation
- Hands-on experience with system interfaces and IT process investigation
- Strong problem solving and change management capabilities
- Team-oriented with ability to adapt to changing scope
- Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to see overall situations
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management
- Experience in project mode, including systems migrations and PMO experience is a plus
