At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Training Project Coordinator to lead the training stream of a ERP transformation, ensuring that end users are fully prepared and confident ahead of each go-live phase.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor the training stream plan, including milestones, KPIs, and dashboards.
* Coordinate the creation and validation of training materials in collaboration with Core Model and local teams.
* Organize and oversee training sessions (logistics, invitations, scheduling, trainer support).
* Track and evaluate training effectiveness and user readiness before go-live.
* Adjust content during hypercare based on end-user feedback.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sharp, subsidiaries) and external partners (Delaware, Acxias, Inovi).
* Contribute to the overall change management and user adoption strategy .
Who are you?
* Degree in Project Management, Business, or Information Systems .
* Proven project management experience, ideally in international ERP programs.
* Background in training coordination or learning deployment for large-scale digital transformations.
* Understanding of ERP functional coverage (SAP/Ariba knowledge is an advantage).
* Familiarity with training tools such as SAP Enable Now or WalkMe is a plus.
* Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Portuguese is abonus.
* Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
