In this on-site role, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues, product information, and troubleshooting.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2+)
Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Training: 3 weeks, on-site
Relocation Support Provided
EU Passport Required
What You\'ll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Support users with account management, orders, or product-related questions
Document interactions using internal systems and tools
Escalate complex cases when necessary
Deliver service excellence while meeting performance KPIs
