Your Role
* Manage and guide international clients through the entire property‑buying process.
* Conduct online and in‑person viewings of new developments.
* Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
* Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.
Requirements
* Native English speaker (additional languages are a plus).
* Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Costa Blanca region.
* Proven track record in closing property or high‑value sales.
* Based in Costa Blanca, with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
* Professional, motivated, and results‑oriented.
