Drive Innovation: Lead the integration of new content formats, distribution models, and advanced SaaS solutions into our content delivery platform. Strategic Vision: Serve as a strategic advisor, identifying emerging technologies and aligning them with our business goals to unlock new revenue streams. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning, while promoting team collaboration. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure consistent architectural vision and alignment with strategic objectives. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and translate them into actionable tech solutions. Quality & Security: Ensure adherence to high standards of software quality, security, and scalability, optimizing cloud architecture and DevOps workflows. Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring that solutions meet industry standards and regulations. Requirements & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Professional Experience: 5 years of experience in technology architecture, specializing in AI, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms, with experience in SaaS and digital media environments. Leadership & Innovation: Proven ability to lead technological innovation within a cross-functional team environment, driving emerging technologies, including AI from concept to implementation. Exceptional Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Technical Excellence: Strong experience designing scalable, secure software systems with a focus on cloud architecture, SaaS solutions, and modern DevOps practices. Strategic Alignment: Demonstrated experience aligning technical strategy with business goals in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Vendor & Partner Management: Experience in evaluating and selecting technology solutions, vendors, and partnerships.
