We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the solar inverter/BESS sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in developing and managing sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter/BESS products
* Identify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators
* Provide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product line
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
* Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partners
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activities
* Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field;
* Minimum 5 yearsof experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy products
* Proven track record in xsgfvud developing and managing successful sales channels
* Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter technology
* Excellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentives
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
* Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
