brAs a Business Analyst, you will serve as the vital link between our business objectives and the technical implementation of our business applications. Your role will involve driving the functional and technical design of our applications, specifying precise requirements, and analyzing defects. You will be responsible for adapting and designing components and processes to ensure our applications are highly reliable. Your business understanding, visibility on data coming from the applications and technical knowledge will put you in the unique position to make the competitive advantage on the market. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative AI solutions and AI-driven processes, aligning with cutting-edge technology.

brKey Responsibilities:

brCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
brTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
brLead the design and architecture of business applications.
brAnalyze defects and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
brAnalyze applications data to come up with business improvement ideas
brAdapt and design components and processes to enhance application reliability.
brImplement AI solutions and AI-driven processes to meet business needs.
brFacilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
brUtilize project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM, to ensure timely delivery of projects.

br Required Qualifications:
br
brA minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science or IT-related fields.
brStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
brProficiency in system design and documentation.
brExperience with MS Office, oneConfluence, JIRA, Database (MySQL), Office, and Diagrams Notations (UML, BPMN, ePC).
brKnowledge of project management methodologies, with a preference for SCRUM.
brUnderstanding of the insurance business.

br Desirable Skills:

brExperience with Postman and Webservices (JSON).
brFamiliarity with GitHub, APIs, Java, XSD, JSON.
brExperience with Splunk, including query capabilities.
brKnowledge of Dynatrace and AWS Console.
brUnderstanding of Assistance value chain.
