International Business Area Manager
(Asia/ CIS)
Responsible for Neuraxpharm’ sales in the Asia (Japan, Korea, China, and India) and CIS countries with more than 15M€ sales. Maximize current sales in the territory, identify and capture new business opportunities and new customers, negotiate and close contracts and commercial agreements. Define the Go-To-Market model in each country, find the business model that fits better with our interests and agree on the commercial conditions for our pharmaceutical dossiers.
Internally and externally coordinate the products marketed by the Company, following the regulations sanitary, governmental of each country (registrations, patents, ....), market trends and growth policies established in the Organization, with the aim of ensuring an increase in business and profitability of the same.
Being his/her major accountabilities:
1. Sales Plan: Define short- and long-term strategy, market analysis, prospection and detection of business opportunities, selection of the best partner for each country, ensure the achievement of the sales for all the export business in the territory
2. Managing current customers: Realization of commercial visits and periodic meetings, re-negotiation of prices, identification of new sales opportunities. Manage the customers’ incidents (resolution of problems or incidents in the shipment or claims of clients)
3. Opening new markets: Analyze, negotiate, close and manage new commercial agreements with existing and new customers.
4. Finance: Follow-up Sales & Budget, analyzing and reporting sales results
5. Coordination: Communicate and coordinate internal meetings with Supply Chain, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and R&D
6. Define different Business Model for each customer ("License and Supply Agreement”, “Distribution Agreement”, “Co-Marketing Agreement” and others)
7. Plans and conducts distributor business reviews to ensure business development aligns with established annual goals, objectives, and brand, market, and channel strategies.
8. Preparation and negotiation of Budget and Mid-Range Plan
9. Manages the business and brand value stream, including price management, to maximize profitability while ensuring positioning within the competitive brand set and market.
WE REQUIRE:
10. Degree in Sciences or Business. MBA/ Master qualification a plus.
11. Minimum 5 years' FDF commercialization for the pharmaceutical industry within Asia/CIS.
12. Financial planning & BC experience, Knowledge in Pharma Sales and Marketing Management and sales of Pharmaceutical Dossiers
13. Proficiency in English and Spanish knowledge
14. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Exceptional business aptitude, strategic thinking and creative ability.
15. Ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, changing environment and to focus on the critical aspects of the business that need to be addressed first.
16. Results Oriented, Negotiation skills, Empathy, Adaptability/ Flexibility, Proactivity and Analysis capacity (business profitability)
17. Good communicator and presenter, desire to help others succeed with a positive attitude. Hans-on.
18. MS Office expert & IQVIA data analysis.
