**Social Media/Community Manager****Requirements**:- Commercial Social media experience- Self-starter: Can take initiative, work with or without supervision and begin projects independently- Languages; English and Spanish fluently- TeamworkLooking after social media (Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube) for **17** venues.Content- Create all social content, including text, image and video (creating captions & hashtags)- Scheduling Posts (using Planoly)- Post daily stories for all venues (a mixture of live and planned content)- Each venue will require a different amount of posts per week (ranging from 4 to 7)- One google post per venue per week- Working in conjunction with both the restaurant managers and marketing team to proactively keep each brand, venue, & event ‘top of mind’- Observe trends and stay current; presenting new thoughts and ideas to the team, resulting in compelling and thoughtful experiences for our guests.Brand Image and Engagement- Being able to understand the different audiences plus the individual concepts and needs for each separate venue.- Targeting the correct audiences and demographics- Use Brand awareness campaigns to boost traffic, engagement and followers.- Work with social media management tools to analyze data from web traffic e.g Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc. and prepare reports to update on usage statistics and community interactionsPhotography & Videography- Responsible for the development, production of videos and photos to be utilized across websites and on all social media platforms- Regular visits to each venue to obtain content with photoshoots- Editing Photos & Videos- Videos to be uploaded to the individual Youtube accountsGraphic Design- Work alongside our graphic designer assisting with content and concept development- Adobe illustrator/Photoshop skillsTipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinidoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Diplomatura/Grado (Deseable)Experiência:- community manager: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Español (Obligatorio)Trabajar desde casa:- No
