Sales manager - international company
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive commercial growth in the flavor sector. The role requires managing high-value accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships. You'll work closely with R&D, marketing, and finance teams in a global context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute commercial strategies for key markets.
* Oversee and expand relationships with strategic customers in the flavors industry.
* Identify and develop new business leads and sales projects.
* Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to meet sales objectives.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Ideal Profile:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the flavor or food industry (beverage sector is a plus).
* Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
* Excellent analytical skills and commercial insight.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science or similar; MBA is a plus.
* Fluent in both English and French; other languages are an asset.
