About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Stewardship and Reporting Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Spanish market. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights across our commercial and operational processes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive data excellence in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Stewardship & Governance:
Maintain and enhance master data quality across systems, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement best practices.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and MicroStrategy (MTSR) .
Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that support decision-making.
System Expertise:
Manage and optimize workflows within Reltio and other Master Data Management platforms.
Act as a subject matter expert for data-related processes and tools.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a trusted partner to business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on data initiatives.
Provide training and guidance on data governance and reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in data stewardship, reporting, or analytics roles within the pharmaceutical industry .
Proven experience with Master Data Management and Reltio system .
Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy (MTSR) and Power BI .
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of data governance principles and data lifecycle management.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization best practices is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
Language:
Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory).
English fluency required.
