You will collaborate with the case managers and underwriters to successfully grow our Spanish business by managing client relationships, developing new distribution partners and converting loan applications into loan closings. You will report directly to the Head of Spain and will have your own client coverage area. /ppbr/ppbSpecific Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppYour main responsibility is to originate and manage development applications, which includes: /pulliOriginating finance opportunities across Spain; /liliActing as a point of contact for the market and representing the business externally; /liliBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, developers and introducers; /liliActing as the primary point of contact for borrowers and intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle /liliIdentifying gaps and opportunities in the market and positioning our development finance offering; /liliAssessing new opportunities at a high level; /liliWorking closely with underwriters to structure transactions appropriately; /liliAssisting with PR and marketing including promoting our development finance offering, attending events and engaging directly with brokers and developers. /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout you: /b /ppbr/pulliAt least two years of industry experience; /liliEnjoy working in an international environment; and /liliAcademic degree (bachelors/master) with excellent track record; /liliExcellent verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish; /liliAbility to work across multiple jurisdictions in an international environment; /liliOutstanding organisational skills; /liliYou are critical, pragmatic, proactive: a hands-on problem solver with can-do attitude; /liliAbility to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines; /liliTeam player; /liliHungry to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company. /li /ul
