Role Overview
As an Agility Master/Scrum Master, you will support scrum teams by facilitating ceremonies, workshops, and training, fostering continuous improvement, and helping teams become self-organizing and high-performing during sprints.
Responsibilities
* Guide and coach teams and organizations in Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices.
* Support and educate Product Owners in backlog refinement and management.
* Promote self-organization within teams and assess their Agile maturity, guiding them to higher levels sustainably.
* Remove impediments and foster a trusting, safe environment for open communication and problem-solving.
* Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and improve transparency.
* Collaborate with other Agile roles and support agile transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
* 3-5+ years of professional experience in IT or consulting, with proven Agile leadership.
* Certified in Scrum and ideally in Kanban, LEAN, OKRs; coaching certification is a plus.
* Experience facilitating workshops and meetings, with strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
* Fluent in English, with experience working in international contexts.
* Knowledge of full-stack tools, DevOps Azure, and e-commerce is advantageous.
