Location: Granollers, Spain

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- EDI enhancements and changes: Implement enhancement requests for European EDI messages, clarify detailed business and technical requirements, coordinate required SAP change requests where applicable.
\n
- New partner implementations: Implement new European EDI partner requests, define and validate technical requirements for new message flows, coordinate SAP‑related changes when required.
\n
- Support and troubleshooting: Provide 4th‑level support for complex EDI processing issues, use appropriate ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, collaborate with offshore support teams on complex incidents.
\n
- Development oversight: Coordinate offshore development activities when applicable, review deliverables, unit tests, and quality of implementations, prepare solutions for customer testing.
\n
- Cross‑platform contribution: Support non‑EDI iWay interface enhancements when capacity allows, collaborate with A2A teams and other middleware architects, share knowledge across regions and teams.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
\n
- Have 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI systems.
\n
- Have strong knowledge of UN/EDIFACT and EANCOM standards.
\n
- Possess senior‑level experience with middleware platforms such as SAP PI, SAP CPI, WebMethods, IBM WebSphere, Seeburger, or similar.
\n
- Are fluent in English (other languages appreciated).
\n

Nice to Have
\n
- \n
- Knowledge of TRADACOM and ANSI‑X standards.
\n
- Java programming skills.
\n
- Experience with iWay Service Manager development.
\n
- Knowledge of SAP iDocs, monitoring, configuration, and testing.
\n
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, firewalls, and AS2.
\n
- Understanding of SAP sales and distribution processes.
\n
