**Key Account Manager**
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team, acting as the main point of contact for a key Tour Operator (TTOO) in the Catalonia region.
This role is critical to ensure a strong, long-term partnership, providing full commercial support, driving continuous improvement, and identifying market opportunities aligned with our business strategy.
The Key Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to guarantee excellent service levels, optimize cooperation, and contribute to sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop the commercial strategy and provide full support to the Contracting team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the main responsible person for all general aspects of the cooperation with the assigned Tour Operator.
- Maintain a proactive approach, continuously proposing improvement initiatives to enhance performance, processes, and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support to the Booking and Service Center, ensuring smooth operations and fast issue resolution.
- Organize and coordinate client visits, site inspections, and facility tours, strengthening the relationship and showcasing our product offering.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, commercial opportunities, and accommodation performance within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders on both client and internal sides.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication between all involved parties.
- Identify opportunities to grow the account and improve overall commercial results.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a commercial, key account, or sales role, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or tour operating environments.
- Strong understanding of Tour Operator dynamics, market trends, and accommodation products in the Catalonian area.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and coordination skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
- Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Catalan will be a strong plus
