Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Developer and Administrator
to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support of the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure effective and efficient IT service delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience in ServiceNow development and administration, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement and maintain new modules and enhancements in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)(currently only ITSM)Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.Maintain the integrity and overall health of the ServiceNow platform through regular updates, patching, and performance tuning.Act as the primary system administrator for the ServiceNow platform, including user management, roles, and access controls.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, MID servers, or integration tools.Monitor platform usage and performance;
troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards within the ServiceNow environment.Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and change management records.Provide support and training to end users and team members on ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Proven experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience working in ITIL-aligned environments.ServiceNow System Administrator certification ( minimum ).Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist.Familiarity with ServiceNow domains like SecOps, GRC, or HRSD.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
