We are currently looking for a SERVICE ENGINEER to work on behalf of our office in EL PUERTO DE SANTA MARIA, Cadiz, Spain. This position will be reporting to the SERVICE MANAGER
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Job preparation: verifies that parts are available and other requirements are met to include preparation of drawings, procedures prior to attendance.
You will assess technical situation on location, providing service, maintenance and repairs of lifeboats, davits and cranes onboard vessels, offshore oil & gas installations, in accordance with Company Standards.
You report to the Service Coordinator and the client (onboard) on the activities carried out and you arrange the accurate administrative settlement.
Perform service reports and deliver to Service coordinator.
Perform Safe Job Analysis according to the procedure and as advised by the Service Coordinator.
Report to the Service Coordinator/ Project Managers and the customer regarding the progress of the service job.
Perform required courses related to position/service missions.
Participation in periodic coordination meetings, as required by Service Manager.
Work in accordance with the company’s latest Strategy, Quality Manual, HSE policy and applicable laws and regulations.
Superior may delegate other tasks.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES**:
Broad technical background in the area of mechanics, electrical, hydraulic (drive technology) and control engineering (PLCs and frequency controllers)
5 years of relevant work experience
Experience in the maritime/offshore industry is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, able to work independently.
English both in word and in writing
MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills
Moderate to heavy physical work and working at height.
Structured, creative and ability to multitask.

- Demonstrated ability to shape and optimize processes, with a strong willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Possesses an outgoing personality with exceptional leadership skills, adept at effectively guiding and mentoring a high-performing team;
- Strong communicator, able to initiate and build long-lasting intercultural relationships and alliances with excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
