Knowledge/expertise of:
Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
Understanding and experience in Workplace & Service Desk services like End-User support (W10/11/MacOs), Collaboration Services (M365), Software packaging and deplyment (Intune / SCCM) MAM, MDM, Indentity Management (Azure Entra ID)
Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably Service Now, is a key requirement of the position.
Creating reports within Service Now is part of the responsibilities.
Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.
English proficiency level of B2/C1."

TITULACION REQUERIDA:
- Superior Technician in Management of Compute Systems or Computer engineering degree
- Experience of at least 5 years in the IT sector, of which, at least 2 years performing same role.
- Regulated technical certification in ITIL: at least, ITIL Foundation."
