- Daily Campaign Management: Proactively set up launch monitor and optimize multi‑channel campaigns. Previous practical and verifiable experience in the direct management of Paid Ads is an OBLIGATORY requirement for this role.
- Advanced Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis identify trends detect growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
- Continuous Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing refine audience segmentation adjust bidding strategies and manage keyword portfolios to maximize efficiency and reach.
- Reporting and Communication: Generate detailed performance reports and clearly present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Market Trends: Stay at the forefront of the latest updates tools and best practices in the digital marketing and Paid Ads landscape.
Mandatory Requirements
- Language: Native or near‑native fluency in Spanish (C1/C2).
- Experience: Solid prior and verifiable experience in managing and optimizing Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) campaigns is a strict REQUIREMENT.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities meticulous attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset focused on achieving KPIs/ROI.
