Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning and execution of key satellite and space system subsystems. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee the full lifecycle of hardware development, from production and integration through testing and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary teams across the design, production, validation, and delivery of hardware subsystems, including energy storage systems, electrical interconnections, power distribution units, onboard computing modules, and test platforms.
* Track project performance using structured methodologies, ensuring alignment between timelines, resource allocation, and overall program milestones.
* Coordinate program support functions such as supplier management, procurement processes, material planning, and capital investment tracking.
* Oversee the development and operation of engineering and reliability testing environments, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing lead times, and optimizing costs.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Exposure to electrical systems or aerospace-related studies is considered a plus.
Experience
* At least 3 years of experience managing production or engineering teams in a technical environment.
Soft Skills
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
* Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
* High level of attention to detail
* Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities in complex technical settings
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to work in an office or laboratory environment and use computer equipment for extended periods
