As a Production Engineer in Bevcan EMEA, you will provide ongoing technical support to 13 European plants and 5 in the Middle East and North Africa to help meet business plan targets. You will act as the interface between Bevcan EMEA and Crown Technologies on Easy Open End development and manage project work from specifications through commissioning. You will support plant start-up, testing and training, oversee quality, reliability, efficiency and spoilage issues, and drive maintenance, improvements and SOP adoption. You will lead downgauge and lightweighting initiatives and collaborate across cultures on standardisation of equipment and processes for packaging technology. Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Provide technical assistance to Ends plants to achieve business targets
- Interface with Crown Technologies on Easy Open End development
- Prepare equipment/process specifications, procurement and commissioning documentation
- Oversee equipment and process start-up and plant crew training during ramp-up
- Support plant operations in quality, reliability, efficiency and spoilage
- Maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting support
- Promote SOPs and Best Practices and follow up on improvement projects
- Lead downgauging and lightweighting initiatives
- Coordinate with Crown Technology on equipment, tooling, materials and process standardisation Responsabilidades
- Sound engineering background xqbhyrx or equivalent ONC/HNC/HND/degree
- Proven Ends engineering and process knowledge
- Safety mindset
- Clear concise communication at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-starter and effective team player with leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Willingness to travel, short-notice and overseas; adaptability to different cultures
