YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the recruitment and selection processes of personnel
2. Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives
3. Offer support to employees on various HR -related topics
4. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
5. Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies
6. Improve job satisfaction by diligently solving problems, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
7. Guarantee compliance with labor regulations
YOUR PROFILE:
8. Valuable experience of more than 1 year in Human Resources
9. Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
10. Good knowledge of labor and employment legislation
11. Possession of outstanding knowledge of MS Office
12. Excellent communication skills and people skills
13. Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach
