About the role:
We are looking for a Regional Business Partner Real Estate who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)
Responsibilities:
* Support and manage real estate projects, transactions, and processes for international Jungheinrich business units.
* Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, standards, and strategies, whileadapting them to regional requirements and promoting harmonization across the region.
* Coordinate the internal approval process for real estate projects, including preparing decision papers forexecutive management.
* Collaborate closely with local business units, external consultants, and service providers to deliver effective real estate solutions.
* Develop and execute real estate solutions aligned with the corporate real estate strategy to meet business unit needs.
* Oversee project management activities, including evaluating site alternatives, negotiating leases and contracts, and coordinating related activities.
* Actively contribute to the implementation and execution of the corporate real estate strategy.
* Manage real estate data in collaboration with local business units, ensuringaccuracy and consistency.
* Prepare, coordinate, and monitor regular real estate performance reports, focusing on portfolio optimization.
Requirements:
Strong communication and stakeholder management competences.
Relevant professional experience in real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on industrial portfolios and/or within a corporate environment.
Experience in working in international and cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder oriented and structured personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Highly proficient in MS Office (specifically in PowerPoint and excel)
Partially traveling required.

German would be a plus
