Overview
Digital SC Global Sustainability Analyst role at Unilever. This position is part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team in the Ice Cream division, focused on sustainability reporting and data-driven decision support as Unilever Ice Cream prepares to operate as a standalone company.
Responsibilities
* Be part of the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team, a new team of 40+ FTE pivotal to the Ice Cream Company’s ambition to be a Digital First company.
* Together with colleagues from the Reporting team, build, maintain, and improve all SC sustainability reports (Power BI, Excel) for the Ice Cream Company. Extract purchasing data about ingredients and packaging, plus sustainability metrics related to logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and point-of-sales. Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Master Data, and the Sustainability team to align on reporting needs.
* Identify, migrate, and rebuild existing sustainability reporting data and reports as Ice Cream transitions to a standalone company; partner with Unilever’s sustainability teams to address challenges in sustainability reporting.
* Evaluate existing sustainability KPIs and metrics used in SC business reporting; consolidate to a single, unambiguous KPI set for use across all reports and adjust reports accordingly.
* Work with SC teams worldwide, especially Procurement, to ensure access to the right data for analysis and reporting.
* Help establish the DSC Reporting team as a foundation for all SC business reports and ensure reporting development is prioritized.
* Participate in digital project teams implementing SaaS and in-house solutions, delivering timely reporting outcomes through building expertise.
* Perform a limited amount of data engineering and collaborate with IT D&A to build high-quality reports.
* Serve as a point of contact for the business on sustainability reports.

* Ability to execute strategic goals and align them with business objectives.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise between IT, SC business, and SC leadership.
* Strong project management skills, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; understanding of data lake structures and basic data engineering with supply chain knowledge to ensure efficient throughput of projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.
* Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve reporting processes.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Experiences & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role within supply chain.
* Experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.
* Proven ability to support large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g., AI, IoT).
