The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance campaigns across paid channels. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers, maximizing ROAS, and turning insights into results — fast.
This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes paid media, especially in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate
* Own strategy, setup, and optimization across platforms like Meta and Google Ads
* Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and report on performance regularly
* Run A/B tests and conversion experiments across ad creatives and landing pages
* Manage budgets and bidding strategies to hit acquisition goals
* Work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to align messaging and performance
* Stay ahead of platform changes, audience trends, and industry benchmarks
* Deliver clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within e-commerce or agency environments
* Proven success managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and related platforms
* Strong analytical mindset — you know how to find insights and act on them
* Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and audience segmentation
* Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
* Proactive, independent, and execution-focused
* Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
