About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. If you love designer toys and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
- Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment
- Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
- Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
- Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Monday to Sunday
