We are currently recruiting a Junior Project Planner Engineer on behalf of a multinational client operating across different sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.Support the definition of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in coordination with engineering and project teams.Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual performance.Identify potential delays or risks and escalate them to senior planners or project managers.Prepare periodic progress reports and planning documentation.Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.Maintain accurate project data and documentation in line with company procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and tools.
Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar).Approximately 3–4 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project coordination.Basic to intermediate knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).Understanding of project management fundamentals (critical path, scheduling logic, etc.).Strong organizational and analytical skills.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred SkillsInitial exposure to multinational or cross-functional projects.Familiarity with cost tracking or risk management concepts.Knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.Interest in developing a career in project planning or project management.
