Mission
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute to process improvements, data analysis, and performance tracking. A key part of the role will involve preparing and delivering professional presentations, so strong PowerPoint skills and visual communication abilities are essential.
Your Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
* Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop visualizations and charts to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
* Support the documentation and optimization of operational processes and procedures.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining operational dashboards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and improve workflows.
* Participate in meetings, take notes, and summarize action points for follow-up
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in a related field or position.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with an eye for design and detail.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
* Experience creating dashboards or visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
* Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a plus.
