Position Overview
This role supports Personalized customers in EMEA. We seek a Technical Account Manager (Italian speaker) to be the primary technical support contact for strategic customers.
You will work with customers to resolve complex technical issues, provide proactive guidance, and help improve their environment’s stability to reduce downtime. The role requires calmness under workload, prioritization skills, and a big-picture perspective.
Responsibilities
* Use your technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and relay feedback to Twilio’s Product and Engineering teams.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and support teams to resolve complex problems.
* Report bugs and improvements via Slack and JIRA.
* Analyze customer trends, identify patterns, and suggest support process improvements.
Qualifications

* 8+ years relevant experience
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting network issues (TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS)
* Experience working with developers using Twilio libraries
* Strong collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
* WebRTC experience
* JavaScript development, troubleshooting server-side (Node.js, C#, Java), and client-side (React)
Location & Travel
This is a remote role based in Poland, Estonia, UK, Ireland, or Spain. Approximately 5% travel is expected.
