Responsibilities
* Presales Phase: Assist sales in bid documentation preparation & submission. Identify and record opportunities to increase sales in Salesforce.
* Planning Phase: Ensure client requirements are clearly defined, possibly through requirements gathering workshops. Translate requirements into actionable plans, presenting deployment options. Create planning deliverables such as Statement of Work, Project Schedule/Plan, RAID Logs, and Communication Management Plan. Coordinate resources for deliverables.
* Deployment Phase: Coordinate resources for on-time project delivery. Regularly update and communicate project status, risks, issues, and meeting minutes. Record all project interactions. Manage client billing and invoice tracking.
* Closeout Phase: Prepare and record project outcomes in closure workshops. Handover projects to clients and support teams. Work with sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure engagement plans are in place. Archive project documentation.
* Lifecycle Phase: Participate in Product Roadmap sessions to provide technical input on upgrades, migrations, and quality improvements.
* General: Participate in internal meetings, provide feedback for process improvements, and develop PM best practices within the team.
Qualifications
* Education: MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years managing IT systems implementation. Project Management training; certifications like PMP, P3O, Prince preferred. Experience as a Project Management consultant is a plus. Experience in regulated environments like Pharma or Medical Devices, with knowledge of GxP and regulatory requirements, is desirable. Knowledge of Waters products is a plus.
* Competencies: Leadership skills, experience managing diverse teams, ability to influence at executive level, self-motivated, organized, and good at time management. Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills. Excellent communication skills, including remote communication. Influencing and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required.
