We are looking for a
Alliances and Partnerships Manager – Europe Region
to drive the development and management of strategic partnerships with integrators, consultancies, and hyperscalers, with focus on financial services and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work model with travel across the UK and Europe.
Mission
Design, coordinate, and execute the regional alliances strategy to expand the partner ecosystem, activate joint go-to-market motions, and accelerate pipeline and revenue in regulated accounts.
What will you do?
* Execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
* Coordinate joint GTM with partners: co-selling, co-marketing, and solution co-development.
* Build and maintain senior relationships across GSIs, integrators, and hyperscalers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
* Lead partner enablement with training, playbooks, use cases, and certifications.
* Track partner-sourced opportunities and own pipeline forecasting and reporting.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to secure customer outcomes.
* Run regular partner reviews to assess performance, risks, and new opportunities.
* Represent the solution portfolio in partner-led initiatives for digital transformation and compliance.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 5 years in enterprise software across sales, partner relations, or alliance support. At least 2 years working with integrators or consultancies in Europe.
* Proven impact on revenue growth and partnership development in regulated industries.
* Strong understanding of partner engagement models, joint GTM execution, and incentives.
* Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and hyperscalers.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus.
* Experience in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software.
* Willingness to travel up to 60% across the UK and Europe.

* Awareness of regional compliance frameworks and enterprise sales cycles.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective in fast-paced environments.
* Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Jira.
