Your Tasks:
Your main objective is to generate qualified appointments that convert into sales opportunities for the Account Executives responsible for closing deals. Your impact is therefore significant!
There are several pillars you can work on to achieve this:
* Align with Account Executives on prospecting strategies, create effective BDRxAE tandem (cohesion and solidarity are key)
* Phone prospecting to secure a maximum number of appointments in a stimulating environment (war rooms, challenges, attractive incentives, etc.)
* Complement phone prospecting with multi-channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn): build multi-channel strategies to optimize lead generation
* Conduct qualification appointments, or even end-to-end sales deals in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment
For all this, you'll need to genuinely interest yourself in your contacts, build a quick bond, and demonstrate empathy and connection.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is valuable, but tech companies often recruit junior profiles with a good commercial mindset.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* 3 to 5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications is a plus
* Interest in Legal Tech and SaaS environment is advantageous
Trajectory:
Opportunity to join the Account Executive team after:
* 18 months for distinctive performance,
* 24 months for strong performance
Or to take responsibilities in the BDR Team (management, automation / AI expertise, etc.), depending on your interests and preferences.
